Britt Elise Skram is a folk musician whose main instrument is the fiddle. For the past 20 years, she has worked as a music school teacher and freelance musician.

Skram is an active member of the folk music community in Møre og Romsdal and is also a well-known fiddler throughout the rest of Norway. She is particularly recognised for her strong dance rhythm, lively springar tunes, and flowing waltzes that seem to roll effortlessly across the floor.

The museum has had the pleasure of benefiting from her music and expertise in a variety of contexts, including professional development days, concerts, projects, and educational programmes for schools.
